Walking robot

In order to challenge my 3d modeling skills, I put myself up to the challenge to develop a walking robot. I based my design on the 'Klann Linkage Mechanism', which translates a rotating motion to a walking pattern (see image). Based on this simple schematic, I designed an eight-legged robot with the size of approximately 1 A4 paper. The robot can be controlled using a smartphone application, allowing it to walk forward/backward and rotate clockwise/anti-clockwise. The design has been made in Fusion360 and is completely developed in-house just as the electronics and firmware.
